Registration & Enrollment

Our Enrollment Process is simple and easy.  After you've successfully completed your first Trial Class and made the decision to join our program...all you'll need to do is complete the 4 Steps listed.

Complete Registration Form

Application

Click on the "Application" button to complete your Registration Application.

Complete Tuition Setup

Tuition

Click on the "Tuition" button to complete your online tuition setup.  Tuition will be pulled automatically the same time every month.  There is no contract so you can cancel your online tuition at anytime.

Submit Waiver

Waiver

Click on the "Waiver" button to access the school waiver.  Please print, complete, sign and turn in the waiver at your first class.

Order Uniform / Gi

Uniforms

Click on the "Uniforms" button to access our uniforms and equipments page.  This will show the recommended uniforms along with any additional equipment you may need.  If there is another brand and color your prefer, please feel free to do so.
